Jessica Taylor

Jessica Taylor is a Denver-based airline captain. She flies the Canadair Regional Jet
200/700/900 series most frequently on the Aspen, Colorado route structure. However, her
career is only the beginning. She also maintains her flight instructor certificates, serves
on the Advocacy Committee as well the Medical Certification Committee for the Nation
Gay Pilot Association. When she’s not busy flying or serving with the NGPA, she is an
outspoken human rights advocate working with the Federal Aviation Administration on
regulation changes for equality. In 2015, Jessica pushed for change within the Federal
aviation administration to update its policy for transgender pilots. She is the only
transgender pilot at her company and has been instrumental in changing policy for
several airlines.
